How to Initiate the Refund Process:
If the wrong size was ordered or the product was damaged upon delivery, you can return it within 7 days from the delivery date. Please contact Senco Gold & Diamonds customer support at +91 9804332840 or email rathiscreation@gmail.com.
Return requests made after 7 days from the date of receiving the product will not be entertained.

Cancellation Policy:

Before Shipment:
- If your cancellation request is received before the order has been shipped, we will cancel the order from our end.
- A refund will be initiated to the original payment source within 7-10 business days.
After Shipment:
- If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, please do not accept the delivery.
- Reject the product upon delivery.
- Once we receive the returned product at our facility, we will initiate the refund process.
- The refund will be processed to the original payment source within 7-10 business days from the time we receive the product.
Refund:
We will process the refund once we receive the product intact.
Requirements for a Valid Refund:
The product must be in unused condition, in its original packaging, along with its original tags and invoice. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the inability to process the refund.
Refund Turnaround Time:
Once the refund process has been initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your account through NEFT/RTGS within 7-10 working days from the day of receipt of the returned product(s) at the Senco Gold warehouse.rathiscreation@gmail.com
