Membership and Transaction Rights

You can only become a member and have transaction rights if you can legally make contracts under Indian law.

Account Responsibilities

Sale of Goods

All transactions are considered to take place at our office in Kolkata, India, and follow the Supply of Goods Act, 1930. A transaction is complete once a Tax Invoice is issued, and delivery is arranged through a courier or company personnel. Sales are subject to applicable taxes based on your location.

The items for sale are those listed on the Website, and we may change the brochure without notice. Orders are accepted only after full payment is received. Products are handcrafted and made to order, with minor variations of up to ±10% in weight and form. All gold items are BIS Hallmarked, and diamonds come with SGL or EGL certificates. Other gemstones come with IGL certificates. We cover outbound shipping costs.

Payments

You must pay in advance using the Website’s payment gateway in Indian Rupees. Payments are considered received only when credited to our bank account.

Delivery

Goods are in transit once dispatched through a courier and are delivered when received by you or an authorized person. You must provide valid ID and address proof for delivery. An invoice will be issued for every transaction, and you should inspect your items immediately upon delivery.

Insurance

We provide free transit insurance for ordered goods until delivery. Minor damages during transit are not covered. You must help us with any necessary information to lodge insurance claims if needed.

Warranty

Goods have a defect if there are material or manufacturing issues. Minor deviations from website images are not considered defects.
